Life Assurance
Peace of mind. If you have dependents or financial commitments, life assurance is essential to protect your family's financial security and provide peace of mind. BPP employees receive Life Assurance of 4 times basic annual salary.
Additional Life Assurance -Your lump sum can be increased by increments of £50,000 up to £250,000.
Pension

You are assessed as an "Eligible Job Holder" after 3 months, you will be automatically enrolled into the Group Personal Pension Plan.
Group Income Protection
Financial support when you need it. Income Protection provides you with a regular income in the event that you are unable to work due to illness or disability, provided your claim is accepted by the insurance company, after 26 weeks of continuous absence from work and will remain in place until you are able to return to work, leave BPP's employment or reach the maximum claim period of 5 years.

Employee Referral Scheme
We’re always on the lookout for talented people to join the company, but did you know you could receive up to £500 for referring a candidate who is subsequently employed by us as a result of that introduction?
The bonus will be paid, provided that all the terms of this policy are satisfied such as successful completion of the new employee's probation period and is subject to tax and national insurance deductions.

Either 30 days for support staff or 33 days for teaching staff of annual leave excluding bank holidays to use during your holiday entitlement year with a max of 5 days carried over.

Company Nominated Days

Training & Development
Employee Study Scheme
The Employee Study Scheme (ESS) is an employee benefit, which encompasses courses delivered by all BPP group entities, commercially rather than any internal training ran by the Talent and Learning Team. The ESS benefit provides employees, the ability to study a wide range of all BPP group entities' online, face-to-face and blended learning courses.
All of the ESS content is offered to you free as a permanent BPP employee, and at a 50% reduction for close family members (for the purposes of the ESS close family members including the following only; spouses/partners and/or children/dependents) once you have completed 3-months service.
