An opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable and detail-orientated instructor to join the team as a part time Project Management Instructor. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that prepare our learners for PRINCE2, PMP & CAPM certification exams and equip them with the skills needed to succeed.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver PRINCE2, PMP and CAPM training programmes via virtual classrooms and/or face-to-face classroom environments.
• Facilitate engaging, interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learner needs and experience levels.
• Support learners throughout their learning journey, including answering technical and examination-related questions.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust delivery approaches to maximise engagement and knowledge retention.
• Maintain excellent learner satisfaction scores and consistently positive feedback.
• Share practical, real-world project management experience to contextualise learning and support knowledge transfer.
• Ensure all delivery aligns with Firebrand standards, awarding body requirements and quality assurance processes.
• Work collaboratively with the Education team, Operations, Sales and Customer teams to ensure excellent learner experiences and ensure successful course delivery.  
• Complete administrative requirements associated with course delivery accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Act as an ambassador for Firebrand, maintaining professional standards at all times when interacting with learners, clients and colleagues.

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:

Required Qualifications: (any of the following)

• PRINCE2 Practitioner
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable experience managing projects within professional business environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, tools and best practices.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Previous experience delivering professional training to adult learners in both virtual and classroom environments.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage diverse learner groups and adapt delivery styles to suit varying experience levels.
• Strong learner engagement and classroom management skills.  
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider instructor community.  

Desirable Qualities: 

• Experience delivering accredited PRINCE2, PMP or CAPM courses commercially.
• Additional project management certifications such as: AgilePM, PRINCE2 Agile, PMI-ACP, MSP, MoP, P3O
• Experience delivering corporate or enterprise-level training programmes.
• Experience delivering professional skills development programmes.
• Experience supporting professional qualifications or certification pathways.  
• Authorised Trainer status with PeopleCert or PMI.
• Experience supporting learners with examination preparation and certification achievement.

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS and Academic/Qualification check.
