Job Introduction

Technology Solutions Director (Cybersecurity & AI)

Two newly created roles | Hybrid | London

Firebrand, part of the BPP Education Group, is entering a period of accelerated growth driven by increasing demand for advanced technical skills, deeper vendor partnerships and a clear ambition to scale commercially across our technology portfolio.

These two newly created Technology Solutions Director roles sit at the centre of that growth.

This is a rare opportunity to join at a point where strategy, investment and market demand align. You will have a real influence over vendor relationships, product direction and revenue outcomes, with visibility at senior leadership level.

The two new roles combined will be responsible for the following areas:

  1. Cyber Security
  2. Governance, Risk, Compliance & Audit
  3. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
  4. Infrastructure, Networks, Cloud & Architecture
  5. Project & Process Management

Therefore, applicants must have deep knowledge and industry experience in at least 2, preferably 3 of these areas. While closely aligned, each role will have its own vendor ecosystem, growth strategy and future course roadmap.

The opportunity

As Technology Solutions Director, you will be the commercial and technical authority for your technology domain. You will be trusted by global vendors, credible with clients and influential across sales, marketing and operations.

You will own strategic vendor partnerships, identify future revenue opportunities, shape new training propositions and ensure Firebrand remains a first choice provider as technology and skills demands evolve.
