What you’ll be doing

You'll architect and optimize multi-stage customer journeys across key lifecycle touchpoints, turning automation into a core capability that drives engagement, lead conversion, and lifetime value.

This role demands not just technical proficiency, but strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and a passion for data-informed decision-making.

What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:

• Proven experience managing complex marketing automation programs, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and automation studio workflows is essential
• Solid understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept to delivery
• Exceptional problem-solving mindset with a blend of strategic and tactical thinking
• Detail-oriented with an analytical lens for interpreting large datasets
• Strong communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
