Job Introduction

Who you might be:

You're someone who genuinely cares about people - both candidates and colleagues. Maybe you’ve spent the last few years in agency recruitment and you’re ready to bring your skills in-house. Or perhaps you’re already in an internal role, looking for more variety, autonomy and strategic input.

You understand that recruitment is about more than just filling roles - it’s about building relationships, solving problems and creating a brilliant experience for everyone involved. You bring:

  • A delivery mindset - you're organised, proactive, and used to juggling multiple roles.
  • Strong stakeholder skills - you know how to build trust, manage expectations and provide real value.
  • A data-led approach - you use insights to support decisions and influence hiring plans.
  • A passion for candidate experience - people remember working with you for the right reasons.
  • A collaborative spirit - you're a team player who shares ideas, knowledge and success.

Previous experience in professional services, education or a complex organisation is a plus, but not a must. What matters most is your approach, your mindset and your ability to get things done the right way.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning end to end recruitment for a portfolio of roles across multiple business areas.
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and advise on hiring strategies.
  • Guiding, influencing and sometimes challenging stakeholders using up to date market insights and recruitment data.
  • Driving a fair, inclusive and positive candidate journey at every stage.
  • Working collaboratively with a high-performing, supportive, and award-nominated Talent Acquisition team.

Why join us?
